"I had so many ups and downs, but a few wins were that I got my periods pretty soon after coming off birth control and it was regular and not too painful! that is huge for me since I have stage 3 endometriosis. I can really see an improvement in my gut and mental health and that’s something that I’ve always struggled with. I really enjoyed working with Lindsay because she helped alleviate a lot of anxiety about this journey I was on to improve my periods and also improve my mindset on having a period. when you’re having painful periods at such a young age and then you don’t have them while being on birth control for a few years, it is terrifying not knowing what to expect and Lindsay helped me overcome that fear.
